When using the Certificates option to digitally sign documents Acrobat freezes everytime. Software has been reinstalled and problem still persists anyideas?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat and the OS you are using? Please make sure you have the Acrobat updated to the recent version 23.06.20360. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Hi Arnal,

 

Thanks for coming back to me on this. I am currently running the latest version 23.6.20360.0 which I believe to be the most recent. I have shared .dmp files at the below link.
