Hello

Is it possible to invite someone else to sign a document? It has to be an official signature (certificate).

By example: in my organisation I often need the signature of my bosses. Is it possible for me to invite my boss to sign a paper? How to do that?

Thank you!

Kind regard

Hi Lotte Vannieuwenhuyze,

Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, you can do that using the request signature feature in Acrobat. For more information, please refer to the information provided in the following help document: Send documents for signature in Acrobat.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or need help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hello

This is a normal signature. I want to invite someone to sign a document with a certified signature (with ID-card).

At this point, I can only sign it myself with a certified signature. Can I invite someone else by example my boss?

How can I do that?

Thank you!

If I understand correctly, you mean that you want your boss to sign a PDF using their ID-card with a card reader connected to their own computer using the Adobe Acrobat application. In that case, simply share the PDF with your boss the old way, e.g. by mailing it to them or using a shared folder.
