Digital Signature box does not show up when I upload the file online

I created a form and inserted filed to be fillout and I also add a digital Signature field as well. 

Everything looks good but when I upload it to the web the Digital Signature Box disapprears.

I've been doing forms for 25 years and never had a problem uplaoding them on the web and the Digital Signature worked and know it doesn't.

Please Help!!!
