Whenever I want to sign my PDF documents using the digital signature feature. It doesn't let me do it.

It comes up with the error. 'Creation of this signature could not be completed. Unexpected internal program error.' There are no error codes.

I have tried to .old the adobe folder and delete and recreate the signature to no avail.

Can someone please assist?

Hi @EnokK

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps to sign the document? Are you by any chance using the token-based certificate signatures? If yes, we are working towards removing workflows using IE. With this release, we have made CEF as default in signing workflows and it is a step towards deprecating IE. Azure AD authentication doesn’t work with CEF and such users must use browser-based login workflows going forwards. as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cef-based-sign-in-not-working-with-azure-ad-conditional-access.html

Let us know if you are referring to something else.
