Digital signature get scrambled when added to PDF

Hi all,

I have a problem hith a digitally sign at adobe DC.

Aways when a sign, the words inside the sign frame are scrumbled. Like this print

As you have mentioned, the digital sign get scrumbled when you add it on PDF.

Does it occurs with a particular PDF or with any PDF you try to sign on?

Are you using the Reader or the Acrobat application to add the signature?

Share the exact version of the application and the OS installed on the machine.

You may take help of the steps provided in the following link to check the application version number.

Try to repair the application installation. Also, create a new digital signature using the steps mentioned here https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/digital-ids.html and check if the issue still occurs.
