Digital Signature moves to different spot when opening signed documnt

Hi,

I have similar question, my supervisor signed the document as I requested but it turns out in a different spot when i received it?

Hi Demus,

You can use any screen recorder tool, it will record all the steps you do on the screen. You can share that screen recording with us. If you are using he Windows machine, you can use the Snipping tool to record the screen. Open the tool and start the screen recorder, then use the steps you use to add the form field and send the document.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

As mentioned, the signature does not appear in the location where you added the signature field. Is that correct?

Please let us know how the document was created and how it was sent for signature. Did you use email to send the document, or did you use the Acrobat Sign feature in the application? It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the window that shows the signature moved to a different spot.

In the meantime, try sending a document using Acrobat Sign in Acrobat. Please use the steps as suggested here: https://adobe.ly/4ndlwAC. See if that changes anything.

Hi Meenakshi,

Thank you for the suggestion, I am using the steps as showed on the link you provided. Most document’s signature stays in the right spot, it appeared in different page happened only a couple times, especially when the document contained over 10 page, it will appear in the very last page occupied the whole page with only the signature alone. so far, I could not find the solution. Hope this will give you more idea about the issue. Thank you,

PS, I am receiving a ton of emails that are not related to my question, could you help me to solve this out? appreciate your help.

Thank you for the information.

It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of how it appears. You may share it in a private message.

Also, if you can test it by creating a new test document with multiple pages and sending it to your alternate email address. See if you can replicate the issue. Create a short video showing the steps. This will help us to replicate the behaviour.
