Digital signature not working anymore

Question

Since today the digital signature via the "Use a certificate" function doesn't work anymore.

I get to the point where I choose the position, then it's asking me which signature I want to use and then when I click on "Sign" nothing happens. The whole window where it's asking me for the signature won't go away. It just stays there, blinks for a short moment and then stays like that. I can close it, but I can't sign anything.

Weirdly this is happening in the whole company right now, so I wanted to ask if it is a general problem with Acrobat right now or if anyone know's how to fix it.

Acrobat Build Version: You can find this information under Help > About Acrobat.
File Details: Are you experiencing this issue with a specific file or all files? If it is a specific file, could you share it?

Additionally, since this is happening across your organization, could you confirm if all affected users are on the same Acrobat version?
