Digital Signature - Sign with different providers

Hello

Can you help us, please, with following problem :

• In this moment my employee accept 1 signature provider of digital certificates for employess and also for clients but we want to eliminate this restriction and accept other providers.
• For Cloud Signature I have seen that it’s a list in Account  Settings and we have to selected one of those 18 providers mentioned  ( and exist the possibility to extend that list in the future if we have another provider that we wan’t to use )

My questions it’s for non-cloud certifications,  those issued on Token  :

1. The list with those 18 providers applies also for token certificates ? Or for this type of ceritificates we don’t have a provider limitation ? Can be use from any type of provider, even it’s not in that list ?
2. There are some settings that we have to make in our account in order to sign with token certificates ? we have done a test with a provider that it's not mentioned in that list wiht 18 providers for cloud and didn’t work
