Digital sigs and email without saving

Hi:

I would like to have my users digitally sign a fillable form that I created, and then be able to email it to another person without having to save a copy to their local drive (Send a copy of the entire PDF as an attachment option). Right now it requires a local save before emailing. Thanks.
