Disable all nagging startup messages

Hi,

How do I stop Acrobat Pro telling me that I can Edit PDFs (I know this, I bought the subscription for that purpose and I get an invoice every month)?  I have already unchecked "Show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat".  This behaviour happens across Windows, Mac and Android platforms.

While I am asking, is there a way to stop Acrobat from interrupting my work to tell me what is new?  I don't care what is new.  I want to manipulate PDFs, a 30 year old technology.
