Disable drawing markup

How do I disable the markup comment that pops up each time I highlight or cross out something? I need to keep the text comments visible but the graphic desingers don't need to see every single comment saying "highlighted text."

I'm using Acrobat 2020.

It looks to me as if you are seeing the Comments list on the right of your screen. Every comment, regardless of the type, will be represented by an entry in this list. You can hide the list by clicking the little right triangle along the panel's edge if you'd prefer not to see them.

The graphic desginers need to see some of those right side comments for any wording changes.
