Question

Disable page zooming when clicking a link

Dear readers,

When I open electrical schematics in PDF (made via Eplan) and click on a reference (by example an output), I get redirected to the other connected point but very zoomed in. I tried changing the zoom preference settings to avoid to scroll out each time I click on a link within the document, but it sadly didn't work as I expected. Is there a way to stop the zooming each time you click on a electrical schematic reference?

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards,

I have the same problem. With Foxit Reader Same problem was there initialy. But changing the preferences solved this problem. Can this also be implemented by Adobe? It's very annoying and prevents met to use Acrobat.

It's a setting of the link itself. The only way to disable it is to edit that link. There's no global setting you can change to enable or disable it.

Thank you for the quick reply try67. I tried to see if I can edit the link, but was unable to do so. I guess it has something to do with Eplan's generation of the PDF.
