Disable Sync settings that is greyed out in Adobe DC

It appears that the sinc settings are permanently enabled as it is greyed out under preferences. Is there a way to turn this off?

@larry_8014 It is worth reviewing the settings within the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. Mine is turned on. So in your case, you want to 'uncheck that'

Thanks for reaching out.

You can go to the preferences again by either keeping the windows open until it loads the preferences or clicking on the hyperlink on the screen if that is visible on your side. Once the preferences are synced and your machine is connected to the internet, the sync option will be active.

Check for Updates:

Ensure you are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat/Reader. You can check for updates under Help > Check for Updates.

I clicked on the hyperlink and I receive an Access Denied error.
