Disabling various printing options

Is there a way to ensure that employees must print all PDF document pages. I want to make sure they cannot print various page ranges were current pages. Am I able to disable the other printing options so that employees must print all pages of a specific PDF document when they attempt to print it?

No, you can't do that. You can add a Print button to your document that will use the settings you wish, but the users will always be able to print the file using the built-in Print command and change the settings there.
