Discounted subscription for South Africa on Acrobat DC

Are there any discounted subscription options for South Africa on Adobe Acrobat Dc Pro ?. The standard annual subscription is not affordable with our excahnge rate. 18:1 in US$ and 23:1 in UKpound. The annual subscription is equal to me buying a new desktop PC every year.
