Disfigured font

My Acrobat Pro regularly changes/disfigures fonts in my documents without telling me.

 

"Correct.pdf" is a correct version. "Uncorrect.pdf" is a file where the font is disfigured by Acrobat Pro. If you take a look at the upper left part, numbers are changed, missing or substituted by exclamation signs, dollar signs, etc.

 

Is there any way to avoid this? Could I at least be told when it happens?

Does it changes the fonts when you view the file in Adobe Acrobat?

Acrobat Pro changes the font when I save the file.

 

File => Save as Other => Press Ready PDF.

 

I've made a video of how it happens.
