Distiller always defaults to LETTER when printing and am unable to print any larger format, why?  I am able to set up DISTILLER device preferences but still will not print larger than LETTER.

Distiller like most applications or printers usually have an option for setting the size of the outputted page. For distiller this can be set using the "Settings => PDF Settings" and at the bottom of the "General" category is the option for setting the output page size. If one uses watched folders, then one set the page size in the settings for the watched folder.

I'm probably being obtuse but I can't understand what you say. Distiller doesn't print. I think you'll need to post detailed screen shots showing what you are doing. Please return to the forum page  to post them, you CANNOT email them.

My bad.  I realize DISTILLER doesn't actually print but acts like a printer device to output PDF files.  When I say "print," I mean generate a PDF output using the print function of Word.  I can select DISTILLER just like any other printer.

I know I can use Save As to get a PDF format output too but the quality for some reason is not the same as when using DISTILLER.
