Distiller crashes when using watched folders

I use watched folders to create PDFs from .ps files, everything worked fine until last week, but this week Distiller crashes immediately. I haven't changed any of the system settings, .joboptions preset settings, I haven't updated anything. Distiller crashes even when I drop a .ps file into an application with a preset from watched folders, but if I choose a different preset, created in Indesign, the PDF is created.
I have the given .joboptions from the printer, so I can't use a different preset. Distiller crashes even when I try older created .ps files.
I don't know what else to try, I deleted the Distiller presets, reinstalled the whole Acrobat, maybe some fonts are causing it, but I haven't installed any over the weekend.
This happens on macOS 15.5 + the latest Adobe collection.

I found out that the problem is in the latest update from Adobe, how else, it doesn't surprise me at all, Adobe always messes up everything and in all circumstances. The latest version 25.001.20630 crashes, but version 25.001.20577 works reliably as before.
The problem is, it's not easy to go back to an older version like with other programs, Adobe doesn't allow this!

Are you using Mac Time Machine? If so you can easily revert to the earlier version of Acrobat.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

Please update the application to the optional update version 25.01.20643 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that works.

You may also download the patch manually from the link https://adobe.ly/3Vkpyde

Let us know how it goes.
