Distributed Form - Internal server - could not submit your data. please see tracker for more information

I created a distributed form in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2017. The form was distributed via 'internal server' to a 'shared Network folder'. When users of the form try to submit a completed form, they receive the following error message 'adobe acrobat could not submit your data. please see tracker for more information'. Can you please assist to let me know how to resolve this error? Both the 'distributed form' and the 'response' file are saved in the same Network Shared folder location.
