Do I need PRO and the PDF Pack?

Hi, I am a new manager at a small business centre and I see we have both Acrobat Pro and the PDF Pack. Do we need both? Doesn't Pro do it all in terms of editing, adding text, signatures, etc.? Does it allow you to combine files?

    An Acrobat Pro *subscription* (Acrobat Pro DC) includes all the subscription elements in PDF Pack, so far as I know.

    A perpetual license Acrobat (Acrobat Pro 2020) does NOT include any online or subscription elemenents, but as you've noted it includes pretty much all of those functions, including combining PDF files.
