Do I need to do something special to upgrade from PDF Pack to Pro? Currently getting error message.

I attempted to upgrade my Adobe PDF Pack to Adobe Pro. After confirming my billing information I received a pop-up messaging stating that Adobe was unable to complete my upgrade. Do I need to do something special to upgrade from PDF Pack to Pro, or should I just try again later?@

Hello Laurap,

As per the description above, you want to upgrade the current Adobe PDFpack subscription into Acrobat Pro DC subscription, Is that correct?
