Doc gets sent to 1st person for signature but I can't seem to get 2nd signature. Can't figure out what im doing wrong

As you have mentioned that you are sending documents to 2 separate people for signature, do you mean that you are sending the form to get signature from 2 people on a single document?

If that is the case and you send the document using Adobe Acrobat DC or the Adobe Sign, you need to assign the fields in the form for each one.

When you do not assign the fields in the form, the PDF from gets locked once a signature added to it.

That is the reason the second person is not able to add the signature.
