@Bailie26103944sca5 It would indeed be much more convenient to have the audit trail automatically attached to the signed document. Adobe Acrobat Sign does have this capability. As an administrator or sender, you can usually find a setting within the account or group settings to enable "Attach the Audit Report to documents downloaded from the Manage page" or "Attach the Audit Report to the Signed and Filed email." When this option is enabled, the audit trail will be appended to the signed PDF, delivering a single, comprehensive document to all participants.
