Document cloud missing in Acrobat DC (Mac M1)

Hello - I have installed and reinstalled Acrobat DC on my Macbook Pro M1 but I cannot see Document Cloud under 'Home" tab.

Is anyone else facing this problem? Can anyone advise what can be done to access Document Cloud through Acrobat. On my windows PC it works fine.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described, you cannot see Document Cloud under 'Home" tab. on Mac M1 and you have uninstalled and reinstalled the application with  no success. also on Windows machine it works fine.

 

Please try to remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner tool - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
