Document guides and visibility

Question

When is Adobe going to fix/restore the ability to actually see the guides when the user is pulling them in? Also, PLEASE fix the problem of the ruler cutting off the top edge visibility of documents. Neither of these issues existed in previous Acrobat versions. It's very frustrating! So much $$$ for this subscription and sub-par product!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

We released a fix with the subsequent releases of the app.

Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20xxx) and letting us know if the issue is fixed?

To do so, go to Menu-> Help-> Check for Updates.
