Dear All,

 

Please, assist. While opening a pdf document only a white card is visible. I can only an option to print a document but there is no visibility on screen. What has happened?

    Very hard to say with so few details.

    Where are you opening the file? What application, what device, OS, etc.?

    Did it work correctly in the past?

    Does it happen with all files, or just this one?

    Can you share the file in question?
