Document is no longer showing at 100%.

When I open the program the document is not at 100%. 

 

Have to change it every time to 100%. 

 

Can't find any page display settings

To change it so Acrobat opens files at 100%, Go To Preferences > General > Page Display and select 100% in the Default Layout and Zoom.

Sorry, it's not "Document Properties", it's "Properties":

File Menu : Properties : Initial View : Zoom : 100%

 

You can also use the shorcut CTRL + D

"Properties" is grayed out on your screen shot because you don't have a pdf open. You can set the document properties to open the pdf at 100%, and this will work if your Acrobat display preference is set to "default" and the accessibility preferences are are not set to override the document properties.

I am confused (as usual) when I open the File Menu, I don't see Document properties--is it me?

It's there, halfway down the list (called "Properties"), but you need to open a file first for it to become enabled, of course...
