Document Numbering for copies of document

Hello Commnuntiy,

I am trying to find a solution that will sequentially number multiple copies of a single document when printed. I think the current adobe "Document Numbers.sequ" Action solution, numbers sets of multiple documents.  I'm needing something that will allow me to put in a starting sequence number and (Bate) stamp it on the first page of each copy.  Anyone have any ideas for that?

You need a custom script. Acrobat does not have any built-in functionality for this.
