Document only prints first 2 pages

When I put my USB stick into my HP printer/copier, it sees the file, but when it retrieves it it only prints the first 2 pages of the 3 page document. I tried to save page 3 as a separate PDF but it says "failed" when I try and print that one.

Are you able to copy the file to your computer? If so, what happens when you try to print it from there?

Yes I can. It was originally an Open Document file. I exported it to a PDF document. I printed it from my computer to my black and white printer and it printed all three pages OK.
