Document removing pages in result of checkbox selection?

I am trying to get pages to only be shown if their corresponding checkboxes have been checked so the pages not relevant to the user are removed. So when you open the pdf it is a 5 page document but may only have 2-3 pages after boxes have been checked. Is this possible? Any help would be much appreciated.
