Question

Document Security

I want to be able to restrict editing and printing, but still keep the ability to save the file.

I don't care if someone has my document, just don't want them to be able to make a paper copy and scan it in to do an OCR, or to select text to use.

Any help appreciated.

You can't limit saving, even if you wanted to. You can use the built-in security policy for what you described, but be aware it's easily removed (I won't explain how, but it's trivial). If you apply a file-open password, though, it will be much more difficult (but also more troublesome for the user, as they'll need to enter the password each time they want to view the file).
