Document stuck on ‘Conversion in Progress’

I'm writing this message because I have a document that's having a link created (The button was pressed by accident) and it's been stuck on 'Conversion in Progress' since yesterday. I want to uninstall and reinstall to fix the issue, but my concern is that if I do reinstall, I'm scared that most of my documents on my iPad could be wiped out. Has this happened to anyone? What approach did you take to handle it?

Could you please try logging out of the application, restarting your device, and then logging back in using the same Adobe ID? This often helps resolve the issue.
