Documents with attached form sent as Shared Commenting via the Network Folder

Hi All,  

I hope someone has a workaround.  For the longest time, I routed images with a routing page on the network folder using the Adobe Shared Commenting and it worked fine with commenting tools...etc.  However, my manager wanted the routing page to be a form as well.  Unfortunately, when I send the routing "now form" page with images on the Network folder while using the Adobe Shared Commenting, the fields now become un-editable or un-toggleable…is there a way to make the form editable? Ideally, I want people to initial & date the form simultaneously without using the tools. I Look forward to reading your comments. Thank you!
