Documents wont save or load completely adobe premier pro online

Hi, whenever I am editing a documet the first two pages load but the rest wont. I have to close page and open a new window and retry it. Whenever it does upload all of them, whenever I am done editing, it wont save, it will just get stuck saying saving changes. I have adobe acrobat pro and I am using it online. Can anyone please help me out? Ive been trying to finish this document for the past hour and nothing. Thanks.

If you are an Acrobat user and trying to edit the document online, have you been able to edit the same document using a desktop app Acrobat Pro offline? Haven't tried yet, then give it a try:

Download the Acrobat installer from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

For Acrobat Online, make sure the file size isn't too large.
Check with a different web browser.
If you have any antivirus installed that causes an interruption in speed, then turn it off.
