DocuSign shows my former educational institution as the signatory, instead of me

My Adobe account was originally with my educational institution, but it has been my personal account for several years. However, when I use DocuSign, it still shows my educational institution as signatory and not me. Of course, this is creating a lot of confusion when I ask to sign a document. None of the information in my account setting refers now to my old educational institution other then the original order number that ends with the letter EDU (just to make this clear, I have been paying the full subscription fees as individual for years now). What should I do to make mysefl the signatory?

Hello,
Did you find an solution for this? I have tried everything I can,  any help would be great - looks very unprofessional for legal docs. Only thing I can think of is closing and starting a whole new account? But will lose a lot of years worth of work. ?

Hi Karla37298791a4ke,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have reviewed your account associated with the email linked to your community profile, and everything appears to be in order regarding the account name.

Could you please provide the email address where the document you signed was sent, especially if it shows a different name? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could include a screenshot of the name that appears on the document. Please send this information in a private message, and we will investigate and provide you with the correct information.

Let us know if you need any help or have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

DocuSign is not an Adobe application. Do you mean the Adobe Acrobat Sign app?

I believe there is an Adobe Sign Forum. You should ask the question there.

However, I would suggest checking your login to make sure it's the correct one. Maybe logging out and clearing the browser cookies, then logging in with the correct user name would  do the trick.
