Your DocuSign signatures printing with a background from Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20474, but fine from Reader DC, suggests a rendering or transparency flattening issue specific to that Acrobat version. Solutions include enabling "Print as Image" in Acrobat's print settings, ensuring your Adobe Acrobat is fully updated, trying to print to PDF as an intermediate step, or contacting DocuSign and Adobe support for a more specific resolution.

Hi ramanan_7342,

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned, the issue occurs when you print the PDF from the Acrobat version 2025.001.20474. Please try printing as an image. Use the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4nlDoc4

As the issue occurs only with the document signed with DocuSign, could you please share the sample PDF so we can check?

Share the printer and OS version numbers.

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi,

Thank you for your support on this case.

We’ve found that when selecting the "Print as image" option, the DocuSign signature prints correctly. However, our client is unwilling to use this option, as we've observed that not all pages in the PDF file consistently display the DocuSign signature.

Here are some additional details:

1.Printer: Ricoh C5300s using EFI -27B Fiery PS printer driver

2.Operating System: Windows 11

3.Attached are the sample file and the problematic file after printing

Regards,
