Does Acrobat DC Pro - compare documents have an output that shows all changes?

I need to be able to compare 2 versions of a pdf.  I downloaded the trial of Acrobat DC Pro and compared 2 pdf documents, but all the changes text replacements are in hidden bubbles.  I can expand them on the side of the screen, but what we really need is a new document that shows the deletions as strikeouts like Word's compare documents.

Is there a setting that shows deletions within the compare report that I am missing?

There have been many attempts to come up with the best way to do this and none has satisfied everyone.

Have you looked at using the "Filter"  tool to select which changes to display?

Open the drop down and select the "Select All" to open all the comments for all the found changes.

When one scrolls down the page displayed for the "Compare" tool, one sees the "Help" button under the "Compare" documents. This button will open a new web browser page that explains how to use the Compare tool in more detail.
