Does Acrobat Pro 2024 (Acrobat Classic) also allow two computers, one at a time licensing?

This is the three-year license version without cloud features. I literally cannot find a single document stating how this version works. My Adobe rep claimed it works on one desktop only, whereas the regular Pro subscription works on two computers and one mobile device. But they couldn’t provide a link, nor could Adobe chat support.

    You can activate the application on two machines, but please note that you can only use it on one machine at a time. For more information, please refer to the following help document: Install, activate, or use Adobe apps on an additional device.
