Does Adobe Pro 8 allow sending forms for electronic signature and return?

I have an old (unsupported) version of Adobe Pro (8) and would like to know if this version allows me to send pdf forms for electronic signature and return. Or if in order to do this I need to upgrade to Adobe Pro DC (which I can't afford).

With Acrobat 8 we had Digital Signature workflow only back then not Electronic Signature. The latter comes as part of your Acrobat DC subscription only, it doesn't even come with Acrobat DC perpetual license.
