Does Enterprise Acrobat Studio include password protection and how does one use it? Is there documentation posted somewhere?

Yes, Enterprise Acrobat Studio includes password protection. It's built on top of Acrobat Pro, so it inherits Acrobat Pro's full document protection toolset.

How to use it (same workflow as Acrobat Pro's password protection, since Studio includes Pro):

1. Open the PDF in Acrobat.

2. From the global bar, select All tools > Protect a PDF.

3. Choose Encrypt with Password (or Protect with password, depending on version).

4. Decide whether you're setting a password to open the document or a permissions password to restrict editing/printing.

5. Type and confirm the password (minimum six characters), then apply.

For reusable settings across many documents, Acrobat also supports password security policies (All tools > Protect a PDF > Manage security policies), so an admin can create one policy and apply it consistently team-wide.
