Could you please tell me method of show "All versions of Acrobat" with compatibility setting of properties.

To see "can be opened by: all versions of Acrobat" simply DO NOT SET a password. Easy. This is not an option, it is a comment used by Acrobat  in this case.

The option you see on the left is when you have NO SECURITY. This means you cannot set a password or limit editing.

I know how to set a password. I would like to know how to set the "Can be Opened by:" setting to "All versions of Acrobat". Thank you.
