Hi @Ricardo María3037082665w4 ,

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you please share the workflow video here to understand the issue better ?

Also, can you please tell if you are able to open and validate signature in any digitally sign document ?

Thanks,

Shubham

Hi @Ricardo María3037082665w4

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.03.20244 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

For testing purposes, Go to Help (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Uncheck 'Enable protected mode at startup' > Click OK and reboot the computer once.

Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risk.

If it still doesn't work, please collect the Crash/freeze logs https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html  share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

Hi Amal,

Thank you!

Answers in black:

1) Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

With all the PDF. The files are in my laptop.

2) What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.03.20244 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

My version is:

Architecture: arm64

Processor: Apple M1

Build: 23.3.20201.0

I'm checking for updates and the laptop said: last version updated, but it is 23.3.20201.0, not 23.03.20244  ¿?

3) Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

I don't know how to do it. I'm using a MacBook.

4)

For testing purposes, Go to Help (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Uncheck 'Enable protected mode at startup' > Click OK and reboot the computer once.

I can't uncheck "Uncheck 'Enable protected mode at startup'" because it si not (see image)

If it still doesn't work, please collect the Crash/freeze logs (..) share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

I'm sending DIAGNOSIS REPORT from my library.
