Does the new suboptimal AcrobatPro interface support automatic bookmarks display when opening a PDF?

Does the new suboptimal Acrobat Pro interface support the ability to set bookmarks to automatically display when opening a PDF? In the old, better interface that was quicker and easier, we: 

Go to the "File" menu and select "Properties."
In the "Document Properties" dialog box, go to the "Initial View" tab.
In the "Navigation Tab" section, select the "Bookmarks Panel and Page" option.
Click "OK" to apply the changes.

 

This seems to be no longer supported?  Is it possible we can have the option to use the previous interface?

As far as I've been able to test, yes, the same procedure and results are in the new interface.

Thankfully, THAT's not broken!

    To get the old interface back: 

    click on the Menu option on top left and select Disable New Acrobat>Restart.
