doesn't recognize that I have already purchased the Export PDF software

I have renewed my Adobe Pro DC software on one laptop but when I go into the application on another laptop and log in, it doesn't recognize my renewal and tells me my trial has run out. I have tried following the directions on how to get my serial #, however, the button to retrieve the # does not show up.

Acrobat doesn't have a link to Export PDF because it can do everything that Export PDF does, and much more.

You're using Reader instead of Acrobat.

What subscription, exactly, did you purchase (or if you purchased a perpetual license, what was it, but it won't include ExportPDF)?

Betzjitomir, to what do you have a current subscription? Acrobat Pro or ExportPDF?

Are you talking about Acrobat or about Export PDF? The two are not the same...

Also, if you have a subscription there is no serial number. The subscription is attached to your Adobe account. So if you're being asked for a s/n then you're installing the wrong thing.

I'm referring to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC where I can convert files from PDF to Word. When I open the program and select "Export PDF", the pop-up for "Buy Now" or "Activate" comes up.When I choose "activate" since I already purchased the software for another laptop, it asks me if I have purchased it with a specific email address, a different adobe id, or a serial #. I choose the email address at which time it tells me to sign out of Adobe and sign back in. When I sign back in with my Adobe sign-in username and password, the Trial window comes up stating Try now or License this software. If I select License this Software, it requires a serial #. I don't understand why my log-in doesn't automatically see that I purchased the software and renewed back in April of 2017.
