Dokument unterschreiben Passwort vergessen

Question

Liebe Experten,ich habe mir mit meinen 79 Jahren ein für mich unlösbares Problem geschaffen: Ich nutze Acrobat Pro 9. Bei dem Versuch mach längerer Zeit musst ich feststellen,  dass ich mein Passwort vergessen habe. Der Versuch ein Neues anzulegen misslang, weil es sich nicht speichern lies. Er kann mir helfen?Danke schon jetzt.

I'm afraid you're out of luck with that.

Acrobat 9 has been out of support for quite a few years. The only thing I can suggest, if you're on the Windows platform, that may help is to try Belarc Advisor, do a system audit, and see if it can sleuth your password and serial number.
