Question

Wo? Wie geht das?

Danke für einen Tip.

I use Acrobat Pro, not Reader, but my system shows me recent folders I have saved or opened PDFs, not just folders that contain them.

Perhaps there is a misunderstanding.  My problem is shown as below:

Clicking “Dein Computer” and all pdf-contents are appearing with

    1. only drive location and mainfoldername. See first line within G:\
    1. complete drivelocation/letter, (main)foldernames, subfoldernames, filenames/documents  on all SSD as shown on the screen. See second line within G:\
    2. Drive (E:\) - see 3.4. - only shows drive name with letter, volume name, capacity, and type in the first line. Then only drive letter in line 2. No pdf-datafolders are appearing, but app. 100 are on that drive. (This information only as a side note. It's not so important.)

I do not want detailed informations about drives and contentdisplayed on this screen. Can I disable such shown informations - see 3.1. >  3.4 -  from the screen in the settings menus so that the screen is blank? (Without any further information for drive locations, subfolder, folders and filenames, That's safer for me, and I organize my PC differently anyway. )

Is that possible within Acrobat Reader? What must I do? Thx.

Note: HDDs with a lot pdf contents are also connected. However, these are not shown on the screen either.

I don’t think you can hide/disable those settings, other than switching back to the old interface. (My naming system doesn’t show anything private, so I never paid any attention to it.)
