DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE

Adobe, just like any other corporate entity is more than happy to take your money and offer services for which they fail to provide. You are forced to purchase online subscriptions, and when issues arise with the software, you can never get to a real person or get the issue resolved. I have been bounced around from one AI to another for more than three days and multiple phone calls. Even though the company advertises 24/7 support, there is NO SUCH THING. Every time I call, I get an automated BOT that can't comprehend even the basic concept of failed software. I am bounced around and after following five hundred prompts to "get me to the correct department", I am disconnected because it is outside of their normal hours. But as previously stated their customer support hours are 24/7. Notwithstanding the aggravation of dealing with an AI, there is not even a mechanism to leave a voice message. Adobe has grown too big and is NOT CONCERNED with the customers that are keeping them in business.

You are in what region?

Support may be 24/7, but not for different languages and not for all issues.

This is exactly why I despise posting anything in an open forum or public discussion. Someone always chimes in who has no clue what they are talking about just to sound smart. First, I am located in the United States (East Coast). The language is English. Second, the problem is with their Flagship program, Acrobat. Finally, I have tried every option available within the limited telephonic or AI chat support available. So a nice try, but no cigar.

I am well versed in how to use the software, and I have been using Acrobat since 1999 starting with version 5.0. The issue is with their new policies to force you to use a subscription service which works fine for online. However, when you have a valid need to use the desktop version, the software fails due to backend server issues authenticating the version. And yes, before you ask, I am a subscriber using the Pro version and have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times. The program was working fine until around the first of the year. Since then, I have not been able to use the program as intended. I continue to receive an error that my subscription cannot be verified and any document that I attempt to open is closed and the program shuts down. I can log into the online version and the same credentials work fine. However, the online version does not allow me to create or use digital signatures which is required in my line of work for non-repudiation. If you have any technical support contact information, I would welcome it. Otherwise, I have no time for canned responses.
