Don't know how to access Adobe Export PDF.

I have paid for adobe pdf export back over a year ago.  Don't know how to access it anymore.  Last paid last December, but I can't find my account info.

I have been able to log in to my paid account, but when I try to convert a PDF to Word it takes me to to subscribe page.  It doesn't seem to understand I have a paid account.

Then you need to discuss it with Adobe Customer Service. It seems you have some problem with your subscription.
