DOUBLE CHARGED

I have a monthly subscription for ADOBE ACROBAT DC PRO, but it was only on October 18 that my account was debited, and today, October 20, another monthly charge was applied to me again. I need help with this problem. Thanks.

  • There could be duplicate purchase
  • Or, there's a chance that your previous month's payment was skipped, that is the reason system is trying to charge twice.
