Thanks, everybody. I was able to fix the problem by myself. I had to uninstall and reinstall the creative cloud installer, additionally use the download link here in my profile, now it works. The download link in the booking mail probably just didn't work and produced the error. Now everything is good!

The Word App has 2 different connotation. Used on Phones/Pads and mostly Mac computers to mean a PROGRAM and on newer Windows systems, Win 10, to mean a smaller, like a phone App, Programs.

But in the end they are all Programs that need to be installed on the local device/appliance (Phone, Pad, Desktop & Notebook computers).

Your problem is you never, or couldn't, upgrade your Computer to Windows 10 and that could be the CPU in your computer is no longer compatible with newer programs. I also have that problem even though I have a Intel i7 cpu in my 2 main computers. They are the second Gen versions and Adobe no longer supports them for Some of their Newer programs.

Thank you. This page shows the system requirements for Acrobat (you don't need to read it, I will summarise): https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/system-requirements.html  It says it will run on Windows 7 SP1 (32 bit and 64 bit), Windows 8, 8.1 (32 bit and 64 bit)†, or Windows 10 (32 bit and 64 bit). So, why do you say in your first post that it is "only for Windows 10"? What problems do you face?

Thank you. But when started to install, a window opens named creative cloud with the install program, and theres no other program i can start this installer with. When press the install button, there`s an error. So i can`t install this with the download link in the mail which delivered to me. The link would like to start an app, so it looks like.... but with my laptop i can´t use apps, so i think this must be for windows 10 users.

Please tell the exact error message you get. Actually, apps is a general name and all the program that run in Windows 7 are also “apps”.
